Adult Dog Preventive Health Care Packages

Provide your dog with the best preventive care possible! At Timberline Animal Hospital, we are committed to providing the best preventive care for your pet so that they can share a long and rewarding life with you. Packages include all of the recommended annual preventive care for your dog for one calendar year. There is an enrollment fee to set up monthly recurrent payments. The enrollment fee is waived for packages paid in full at enrollment.

► All recommended annual preventive care is included in each package.
► Convenient monthly recurrent payments allow you to spread out the cost of your pet’s annual recommended healthcare costs over the year.
► Two sick pet exams are included in each package. For sick pet appointments you pay for diagnostics, treatment, and medications.
► Discounts are available for select pharmacy items.

  • Annual Comprehensive Physical Examination (1 per year)
  • Wellness (6 Month) Exam (1)
  • Sick/Injury Exams (2)
  • Annual Health Screening Bloodwork Includes: Chemistry Panel, Complete Blood Count (CBC), & Electrolytes (1)
  • Heartworm Test (1)
  • Rabies Vaccination (1)
  • Distempter/Parvo Virus (DA2PP) Vaccination (1)
  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough) Vaccination (2)
  • Leptospirosis Vaccination (1)
  • Fecal Float/Intestinal Parasite Testing (2)

Annual Adult Dog Preventive Health Care With Dental Package Includes

Annual savings: The Annual Adult Dog Preventive Health Care Package w/Spay or Neuter saves you 25% off the regular cost of the services provided if purchased individually.
Includes all services in the Annual Adult Dog Preventive Health Care Package
  • Dental Cleaning-Scaling & Polishing (1) includes:
    • IV catheter & fluids
    • Patient warming
    • Surgical monitoring: blood pressure, EKG, temperature, & oxygen level
    • Pre & post surgical pain medication while hospitalized
    • Hospitalization for the day
  • 15% discount on select pharmacy
  • There is a 6 month wait period for dental procedures if choosing to make recurrent monthly payments.
  • Dental procedures can be scheduled at any time if the Health Care Package is paid in full at the time of enrollment.
  • Health Care Packages are an annual contract. If a plan is cancelled for any reason, clients must pay for all services used on the package.
