Billing & Payments

Our goal is always to provide you with the information you need to make the best decisions for your pet and your family. With that in mind, we make sure that all costs of are transparent both in appointments and also for pets admitted to the hospital for additional diagnostics or dental or surgical procedures. For pets being admitted to the hospital, you will be provided with an estimate of anticipated costs associated with your pet’s procedure. If additional diagnostics or treatment are needed after the initial estimate is signed, we will contact you directly and go over the additional costs prior to proceeding. Payment is due at the time of service and all invoices need to be paid prior to leaving the hospital.

Forms of Payment

We accept cash and all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

We also accept Care Credit. You can apply for a Care Credit card and we offer their 6 month, interest free payment plan on balances over $200.00

Payment Plans

Other than our in-house Health Care Packages for well pet services and accepting Care Credit, we do not offer payment plans for services.

No show and Late Cancellation Fee

Because we are reserving an appointment for your pet, we do ask for 1 business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule the appointment. A late cancellation fee in the amount of the exam fee or technician appointment fee will be applied for any appointment that is cancelled with less than 1 business days’ notice and for all no show appointments if we are unable to fill the appointment spot with another appointment.
